Serena Fanara, Architect and designer, lives in Florence, Italy.
She has graduated in 2008 with the first video-thesis of the Architecture Faculty of Florence, entirely made in tridimensional animation.
Once graduated she started a collaboration with the Florence University, teaching a seminar on 3D animation for architecture.
As designer, she collaborates with studies and companies, designing stands for exhibitions and festivals, furnitures and light objects.
She has partecipated in several art shows in Italy and Europe.
She also works as animator for promotional video productions.
The study of natural forms is the recurrent factor in her research.
Sustainability, environment, re-using and re-living are primary concepts in her whole work.
Light is the main component in her installations, perceived as architectural object as well as element of gathering and play.
